Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RAHI by IBIZZ TECHNOLOGIES, we are committed to providing high-quality IT services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our services.

2. Service Categories

Our services are categorized as follows for refund purposes:

  • Custom Software Development - Bespoke software solutions
  • Mobile App Development - iOS and Android applications
  • Web Development - Websites and web applications
  • IT Consulting - Strategic technology consulting
  • Cloud Solutions - Cloud migration and management
  • Maintenance & Support - Ongoing technical support

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel their project at any time with written notice. Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Before Project Commencement: 100% refund of advance payment
  • Within First 25% of Project: 75% refund of total project cost
  • Within 25-50% of Project: 50% refund of total project cost
  • Within 50-75% of Project: 25% refund of total project cost
  • After 75% Completion: No refund available

3.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

RAHI by IBIZZ TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to cancel a project in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of invoices within 15 days of due date
  • Client fails to provide required information or feedback for more than 30 days
  • Client requests changes that violate legal or ethical guidelines
  • Technical requirements are beyond our capabilities

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Project cancellation within the specified timeframes
  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon deliverables within the extended timeline
  • Significant deviation from the agreed project scope without client approval
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved within 30 days of reporting

4.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-party software licenses and subscriptions
  • Domain registration and hosting fees
  • Design work that has been approved by the client
  • Completed deliverables that meet the agreed specifications
  • Consulting services that have been provided

5. Refund Process

5.1 Refund Request

To request a refund, clients must:

  1. Submit a written refund request to contact@ibizztechnologies.shop
  2. Provide project details and reason for refund
  3. Include all relevant documentation and communications
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing

5.2 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days using the original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Quality Assurance

6.1 Testing and Approval

All deliverables undergo rigorous testing before delivery. Clients have 7 days to review and approve deliverables. Any issues must be reported within this period for free resolution.

6.2 Revision Policy

We provide up to 3 rounds of revisions for each deliverable at no additional cost. Additional revisions will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

7. Force Majeure

RAHI by IBIZZ TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions or regulations
  • Internet outages or technical failures
  • Pandemic or health emergencies
  • War or civil unrest

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations:

  1. Both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication
  2. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to mediation
  3. As a last resort, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan

9. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

9.1 Response Time

We commit to the following response times:

  • Email inquiries: 24 hours during business days
  • Phone calls: 4 hours during business hours
  • Critical issues: 2 hours during business hours

9.2 Business Hours

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).

10. Payment Terms

10.1 Payment Schedule

Standard payment terms for projects:

  • 50% advance payment before project commencement
  • 40% payment upon completion of major milestones
  • 10% final payment upon project delivery and acceptance

10.2 Late Payment

Late payments may result in project suspension and additional charges as per the terms of the project agreement.

11. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and project completion, all custom-developed intellectual property will be transferred to the client, subject to the terms of the project agreement.

12. Confidentiality

All project information and client data will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

13. Policy Updates

RAHI by IBIZZ TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
